Minutes From January 2009 Meeting

 

1. Web Site: Ron Carter will be looking into seeing if we can continual the web site.

2. We will be no longer sending $25 to funeral or hospital stays, but will be sending a card.

      Please let me know if   you know anyone who has been in   the hospital or has lost a love one.

 

 

Next Meeting:

 

Will be February 14th at 3:00 p.m. at the Pizza Ranch in Stewartville.

 

Would like to plan some rides once a week or once a month. Somewhere different every ride. Thinking about Fridays. If anyone is going on a Ride or Camping and wants it posted, Email: jvwendt@lakes.com or Call: 507-251-3418.

 

Bring Clothes order to the next meeting.

 

Spring Trip to Missouri

 

Jerry and Valerie will be taking a Trip to Salem Missouri to see Roger and Diane Hamer on March 29th to April 4th.

 

If anyone else would like to go just let us know.

 

Reminder: In order to receive the newsletter after May 1st dues must be paid by May 1st 2009.

 

 

 

At the November meeting it was voted on to send a newsletter out by mail four times a year. If you just want to get it by E-Mail, please e-mail me back and let me know. If you want a copy by mail just send me your current mailing address.
